We’re happy to send your items anywhere in the world.

UK Postage

We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY by Royal Mail 48 (a 48 hour service).

We aim to dispatch your item, within 2 working days. If there is an issue with your order, we will let you know.

If you need your items quicker, you can opt for NEXT DAY DELIVERY  (Royal Mail 24) at a cost of £6.95.

Please be aware that only orders received before noon will be guaranteed for next-day delivery. If your item is URGENT, contact us and we will always try to see what we can do.

International Postage

Postage to Europe, and the rest of the World will be via Economy Airmail.

Europe: £9.95

United States & RoW: £19.95

Returns Policy & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, please email us at help@homeandglory.co.uk within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. Please note that there could be occasions when the cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and despatched. In this instance you would need to return the order to us under the return policy.

If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your items for a full refund, with the exception of personalised items which cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact within 28 days, with the exception of sale items which is 7 working days. Please note all return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty. Please contact us in this instance, keep the product and packaging until we have come to an agreement of an exchange, refund or replacement. We may ask you to return the item or to email a photograph to show us the problem.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, please ensure you package your return sufficiently and securely and obtain a certificate of postage. Once the parcel is checked by us, we will issue a refund. We hold the right to withhold a refund if the return is inspected and deemed to have been used, damaged, hired, displayed, altered, tampered with or worn.
